Olds Boarding House is meant to be a comfy and affordable alternative to living in an apartment on your own. The OBH is perfect for people who need a place to call home when their job takes them away for periods of time or for mature students while taking courses at the nearby Olds College.
While we expect common courtesy to be observed by all residents by cleaning up after yourself, Olds Boarding House staff are responsible to clean all common areas (bathrooms, living room, kitchen, laundry room) as well as all bedrooms on a regular schedule.
The kitchen is fully equipped for your own home cooking with a commercial sliding door refrigerator, chest freezer and pantries for each resident. The common area living room is fully furnished including TV (cable and premium specialty channels), and DVD player. There is a BBQ outside the door for all to use, a fire pit and a place to relax in the sun.
Hand towels, bath towels and bedding will be replaced weekly or as needed. The laundry room is accessible to each resident and personal laundry may be done by residents on weekends.
Parking is available for residents.
